Their innovative "heart-shaped cam" mechanism revolutionized manual sports timing devices. In 1969, Seiko introduced the groundbreaking Seiko Speed timer with Caliber 6139, the world's first automatic chronograph with a column wheel and vertical clutch, elevating wristwatch elapsed time measurement. Today, the Prospex collection welcomes a new series of SPEEDTIMER watches, including this one from the solar chronographs range of this collection.
