Patek Philippe reintroduces its coveted 5270 perpetual calendar chronograph in a refined platinum case, now offered with charcoal grey, blue, or red dials. A cornerstone of the Manufacture since its debut in 2011—following the legacy of the 1941 Ref. 1518—this 41mm model combines elegant design with high complication, featuring a concave bezel, stepped lugs, and a discreet diamond set between the lugs. The dial presents a balanced perpetual calendar layout with day, month, date, moon phases, day/night and leap year indicators, alongside a tachymeter scale and chronograph display. Powered by the manually wound CH 29-535 PS Q calibre, this technically sophisticated movement integrates six patented innovations within an ultra-thin calendar mechanism, comprising 456 components visible through a sapphire case back.
