Patek Philippe presents Ref. 5396R-016, a refined interpretation of its Annual Calendar in a fully polished rose gold Calatrava-style case paired with a sunburst sand beige dial. A cornerstone model since 2006, this 38.5mm timepiece features the signature dual day/month aperture at 12 o’clock, date display at 6 o’clock, and a 24-hour subdial with integrated moon phase. The dial is elevated by applied rose gold markers and dauphine-style hands, with subtle textural contrast from the snailed subdial. Powered by the self-winding 26-330 S QA LU 24H calibre, derived from the 2019 base movement, it incorporates the patented Annual Calendar mechanism requiring only one correction per year, alongside a high-precision moon phase and stop-seconds function. The 339-component movement is visible through a sapphire case back, completing a balance of usability, precision, and classic design.
