Made to move between the waves and the waterfront.
Launched in 2007, the Breitling Superocean Heritage has remained one of the brand’s most iconic collections.
Breitling now unveils the third major update to this line, introducing performance enhancements and the addition of 36mm and 40mm case sizes.
The 5 Most Important Changes
1- More Sizes for More Wrists
The new lineup is available in 36mm, 40mm, 42mm, and 44mm — offering a Superocean to suit every wrist size and style.
2- Slimmer, more comfortable cases
The new cases are thinner than previous generations:
-
36mm: 10.4mm
-
40mm: 11.7mm
-
42mm: 12.0mm
-
44mm: 12.6mm
3-New Movement Inside
The 40mm, 42mm, and 44mm three-hand models are now powered by Breitling’s new Calibre B31, featuring:
-
A power reserve of up to 78 Hours.
-
COSC-certified chronometer status, guaranteeing Swiss-certified precision.
-
Sapphire crystal caseback, on select models, to showcase the movement.
This marks an important shift away from third-party movements in the core Superocean Heritage line, positioning these models with improved performance.
4- Ceramic Bezel Upgrade
The rotating bezel is now made from scratch-resistant ceramic, colour-matched to the dial in black, blue or green.
5- More Dynamic Dials
The dial has been enhanced with applied triangular markers, a clearer typeface, and deeper sunburst finishes. Combined with vintage-inspired touches such as the copper-tone “B” logo and high-contrast lume, the overall aesthetic is more premium and legible than ever.
