The enchanting 18ct White Gold Sapphire and Diamond Flower Pendant, portraying a five-petal flower. Each petal includes an oval blue sapphire with a total carat weight of 4.97ct. Surrounding each sapphire, and at the centre of the flower are several round diamonds, combining for a total carat weight of 0.40ct. The base and chain of this pendant are crafted from 18ct white gold.
