Returns Policy

Returning Your Item

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return the item to Keanes and receive a full refund, if returned within 14 days of purchasing of receiving your item, if purchased online.  With exception to earrings for hygiene purposes.

Items must be in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, and with all accompanying booklets or guarantee, and original packaging which came with the item. If the Keanes shop tag is removed the item(s) are non-refundable. 

Refunds will be made to the card used to purchase the item.  In the case of a gift, a delivery docket will suffice as a gift receipt, in which case you may exchange the item for an alternative.  Please call in store or contact our store via email or telephone, to arrange a refund. We cannot offer refunds to the recipient of a gift item.

Worn or altered items will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges, nor items damaged after delivery.  In an instance where there is a reasonably belief on the part of Keanes, that a product was worn or damaged after sale, we cannot guarantee a full refund and may offer an alternative solution. Keanes will fairly evaluate each request.  We will always aim to ensure the best possible customer service and satisfaction.

(All goods returned for refund must be fully insured by you at your own expense and sent via register post. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase.)



  • Complete the return form and include it with the item being returned.
  • Print Returns label with our address, available on our website
  • Remember to remove / cover your own delivery, if re-using the original shipping box and ensure the box is sealed properly.
  • Items must be returned by registered post.
  • Keanes will only refund the value of the item, not any costs incurred by the customer to return the item such as postage / courier.
  • Customers may alternatively return items in-store, above conditions apply (ie. returns form included with original packaging).  A full refund will be given to the card used to purchase, or an exchange if appropriate.

Please allow up to 21 days for return payments to be processed, once the item is received by Keanes.  We will contact you by either phone or email to confirm refund payment completion.
