Do we do gift vouchers?

Yes we offer gift vouchers in-store and on-line. Vouchers can be paid for via credit card on our website and can be downloaded or posted out to you.


Do we do valuations?

Yes. All Irish Insurance companies require an Irish valuation in order to insure your precious ring. Keanes are delighted to offer this service. There is a fee of €50 for all rings valued up to €5,000 or 1% for rings valued more than €5,000

Special Offer: Should you decide to purchase your wedding bands at Keanes Jewellers we will refund this valuation fee.


Do we do ear piercing?

Yes, there is no need to make an appointment. We only schedule ear piercing before 12pm or after 3.30pm from Monday to Friday and before 12pm on Saturday. The cost is €30 including the earrings. We do not do body piercing. Please note that children must be 8 years old and over in order to get their ears pierced. What are our opening hours?

Our Cork and Limerick stores are open Mon-Sat, 9am-5.45pm and our Killarney store is open Mon-Sat, from 9am-18.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays.


What is the cost of cleaning diamond rings?

A cleaning service for rings is available from 1.30pm-3.30pm every day. A starting cost for this is from €10 per ring.


What are the cost and time length of repairs?

In order for us to assess the damage to your jewellery or watches, we would please encourage you to come instore to our repairs team where a definite cost and time frame will be given to you once the item has been assessed. 


Do we offer an engraving service and what is the cost?

Yes we have our own engraver in store. Prices start from €12 depending on the size of the item and length of the text.


Do we take deposits?

Yes. An initial deposit of 10% of the full price is taken and regular payments are accepted for up to six months after this. The item remains in store during this time period.


What is our exchange policy?

Goods, except earrings can be exchanged for a credit note or another item within 30 days, with proof of purchase. No cash refunds. 


Do we have a watchmaker on site?

Yes we have two watchmakers in our Cork store.


Is our jeweller on site?

Yes we have our own in house jeweller in our Cork store.
